If it’s not keeping customers happy than it’s answering to the needs of your team, or battling co-founders, or trying to keep at bay overly engaged (angel) investors, or even concerned friends and family…

Where as a starting entrepreneur you might still live the illusion that “the harder I work, the sooner I get to be rich”, your stakeholders will also be making sure you work hard, but then for their benefit!

Reality check: does your business work for you or do you work for your business? In other words: are you able to set your own strategy and work on the projects and milestones that move you and your business forward, or mostly the ones that keep your stakeholders happy?
