I still remember as if it were yesterday the excitement I felt when Charles, my brand manager, showed me the three designs he had come up with for The Entrepreneurs Hub now more than 6 years ago. We were sitting out back in the garden of our then co-working space and I think we spent over 2,5 hours going back and forth deciding on THE ONE.

For Charles I may have been just another customer, for whom he had created just another logo; but for me as a founder, The Entrepreneurs Hub which up to that moment had been an idea with good intentions, truly became reality…

It’s not just the grand pivotal moments that can leave a mark on a customer. One of my guilty pleasures is the mayonnaise as created by Joe & Fred of Mwachaka. Most likely to them, I am an insignificant customer with my one jar I buy every two months, but for me that mayonnaise takes me back home, literally every time I add a spoonful onto my plate.

& It is not for nothing that after participants finish one of our programs, we keep in touch for years to come as to our customers, that program often signifies a marking moment in their entrepreneurial journey…
